Over the last few years, Avanti has guided, edited and developed successful applications of tens of talented graduates to leading graduate schools, especially in the USA and UK. This has included the likes of Business Schools at Harvard, Stanford, Wharton, LBS and MIT Sloan; advanced engineering schools at Michigan, Columbia, Cornell, Stanford and MIT and Imperial; law schools at UPenn, Michigan, Columbia, and King’s College and University College in London.

Besides these, she has worked on shaping the essays of a host of Masters’ applicants, in streams ranging from Education to the Health Sciences. Avanti is otherwise a fitness/wellness entrepreneur (also Mridula’s daughter). She has a bachelor’s degree from Columbia University in New York, where she majored in Neuroscience and Behaviour and an MBA from the Tuck Business School. Pertinently, she received admission to CBS, but chose Tuck, having completed her undergraduate degree from Columbia. She has previously worked as a strategy consultant with AT Kearney and FSG.​
